Teambuilding days are always fun . Sun, Sailing Races when half the crew (my half) dont have a clue what they are doing, barbecue...life cant get better on a weekday.

Arks - houseboats designed solely for housing

The innerwaters are nowadays inhabited by about 2400 families on houseboats. Living on the water mainly came in vogue after the second world war when there was a housing shortage on one hand, and a surplus of old cargoships on the other.Under the present policy of the Amsterdam city council , no more new mooring permits are released.In downtown Amsterdam the smallest boats will sell at 80.000 Euro at the least.

From 1864 to the latest 2007 aluminium bottle. Notice the label in the 3rd and 4th bottle are different. In the 1940's when Freddie Heineken took over from where his father left off, he felt that the label was too stuck up and formal. The new label was thus designed in small letters and the "E" given a slight tilt to signify fun. Enjoy your Heineken responsibly.
