A 45 min drive from Geneva, this French speaking city of Switzerland is located on the shores of Lake Geneva and facing Evian-les-Bains in France on the opposite side of the lake. Evian-les-Bains is the home of Evian Mineral Water which makes up the foundation of the economy in that region. Lausanne is home to the IOC and also the Institute of Management Development (IMD). You can guess why IMD is gaining popularity as a B school for corporates.
