Enjoyed a disco for a change. I hear this one in the MGM Grand is not the same experience as its (in)famous Manhattan predecessor. Where Steve Rubell hand selected guests from the huge crowds waiting outside, mixing beautiful nobodies with glamorous celebrities in the same venue. The disco was depicted in the 1998 movie 54, Mike Myers played Rubell, almost got nominated for an academy.
